- I like them fried so I will place them on a baking sheet and into a freezer for a few hours until they are solid. If cooking them down the road you want to remove them and then vacuum seal while they are frozen
- Heat your fryer to 350 and place about 8 into the fryer for about 3 minutes. remove them to a cooling rack and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Add them to a bowl and start to brush your glaze heavily over all the dumplings and set back on the cooling rack. (these must be frozen in order to fry correctly)
- I will double glaze the pot stickers so after the first glaze sets I will glaze again
